Membership Subscriptions 2012

Subs for 2012 are now being taken.  They’ll officially finish collecting Sunday 19th February.

Details: We’ve been seeking your personal details for the past few years. If you have not completed a Membership Information Card, we will not be taking your Subs. Please make sure you have completed a Card before coming to pay. Your co-operation will be much appreciated.

Fees are unchnaged: Gents – £6.00; Ladies £6.00. (Please ignore malicous rumours that subs are going up! Official notice will always be given in such a matter. People who spread such rumours we believe are only trying to damage the Club). Honoury Members do not need to do pay or show their card. If you believe you qualify for Honoury membership, then you must apply to the Sectretary in writing. Honoury membership is not automatic and is not the responsibility of the Club. In order to apply for Honoury membership you must have done 25 years as a financial member, and have reached the age of 65 years old.

Lates: Previous members who have lapsed their subs for whatever reason, have the chance to catch up and bring you balance up-to-date. The usual late fee will apply, plus the number of years you missed. Cancelling and trying to renew your membership will not be permitted.

New: The Club always considers new membership, especially to those who have regular attendance to the Club. To apply, simply write to the Secretary stating your intentions. Please note that applications made on the back of a beer mat will be treated with the intent it deserves! After discussion in front of the Committee a decision will be made, you will be contacted. You’ll be charged the usual annual fee of £6, given a membership card, rule book and placed onto our membership database.

Loyalty Cards: These must be purchased separatley and are not part of your annual membership susbcription.  If you consider yourself a regular of the Club, then the membership card is certainly for you.
